We use client details to reply and to run your brief. We use candidate details to match you to roles and to put you forward, with your agreement, for each role. We use your email to send the Monday brief. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business, or your consent where we ask for it.
Our team sees it. We share a candidate's details with a client only after the candidate agrees to that role. Our form provider (Tally), email provider (Google) and web host (Hostinger) store the data for us. We do not sell your data.
We keep candidate details for two years from our last contact, then delete them. We keep client details while we work together and for six years after, for our records. You can leave the Monday brief at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can object to how we use it. Email hello@gigawatttalent.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
